this friggin’ insomnia has me at with end!!!! i have already cut back, but today will have to eliminate completely because i can’t stand facing another night of tossing and turning. will probably endure withdrawal headaches and things may get worse before they get better for a few days. at least then i’ll be able to cross one thing of the list for reasons i can’t sleep.
