How I did it
How I did it: I asked my dentist (I love my dentist, so he was someone I could trust) for an orthodontist recommendation and then inquired at the orthodontist about invisalign vs adult braces... decided that invisalign was the best way to go and I will never regret it- it was a wonderful experience and not embarrassing at all!!
