I’ve read several books including the autobiography of the Dali Lama, which I high;y recommend. That, along with many yoga classes and an introduction to meditation was enough to keep me on this path.
I think that the next step for me is attending classes at a Buddhist temple.

It is definitely worth the sacrifice.

Just like everyone else, I feel completely hopeless. Or at least I did before I found this website. It means the world to me to find that I am not alone. I so desperately need to talk to someone about this. Someone who can relate.
It seems that all of my friends are happily married and now having children just as my marriage falls apart. There is no one to talk to who can begin to understand how I feel.
