The alarm clock on my (long)password locked laptop and AFX on loud speakers seem more convincing than my cell phone alarm which I could rapidly snooze. Only this method works (as I need to get out of bed, type my password and then wait till my eardrums stop beeping) and I am satisfied with it, I’ll keep it going and in time – after I get a sure habit out of this – try with more delicate methods.

This isn’t working, at least not with alcohol once every two days and partying. I have almost broken my hand and it affects my concentration and also the time it takes to fall asleep. I still consider polyphasic sleep to be an interesting idea and will likely try again when I have a more organized schedule – which should be soon, in a matter of weeks. At least I somehow got the strength to wake up when my alarm clock rings, that’s a great thing for me.
this will be harder than I thought. It’s a hard thing to remember all the movies I have seen in the last 10 years, there must be at least a thousand in the last 6 years since I got a good net connection. I’ll keep this entry open for a long long time… anyway, it’s worth doing, I add them as and when I remember them.
