How I did it: Bought a camera, took it out and learnt how to use it! I went out with a few friends who knew more about cameras and photography than I did and they helped me greatly.. There is a lot more to photography than pointing and shooting! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was in New Zealand with a buddy on a photography holiday and we decided to stop off in a city for a couple days... I ended up convincing him to come with me and we jumped 60m and at speeds of up to 70kms into an amazing blue green lake (which I touched at the bottom!!). An amazing experience!! Read how I did it…
This has been a long term goal for me – I think we are submersed in messages telling us to buy buy buy if we want to be happy.
I feel true hapines stems not from what materials we acquire, but from knowledge, love and experiences. There are a few philosophers that echo this thought, but the real life influences are my cuzin, who will give away things that he loves to people he loves, and even people he doesnt really know. Its more than generosity, it is non-materialism.

I just bought my first apartment earlier this year and am now locked into a fairly massive debt! Whenever I plan a holiday, go out with mates, think about working on the car – I am forced to consider the financial feasibility of my actions! The truth is the positives outweigh the negatives for me – I am more careful with cash and feel like I have achieved something in investing in property.
