I cut my hair a chinese bang all the way around. in the front, its a little past my eyes, and the back gradually gets longer, the longest point hits my collar bone. I’m black so my hair doesnt grow 2 inches in my sleep. I go to a dominican salon and get a deep conditioner every two weeks, if not, every week. It grows about 1 1/2 every month.

it takes mental and physical determination. You need to train consistantly for at least 4 weeks before your body can handle it. I suggest you run 10 min nonstop for 3-4 days, 15 min nonstop for 3-4 days, 20 min for 3-4 days ect. ntil it becomes natural. Remember to drop your arms ars your running. focus ona set point ahead of you or target to pass, think clearly, and to breathe in through the nose and out of the mouth. It helps to listen to active music before the race, and eat pasta the night before. If a 65 year old woman can do it. GET YOUR ASS IN GEAR. YOU CAN DO IT TOO!
