I’ve never eaten pork, and I just recently cut out red meat. The problem will be chicken because it’s a huge part of my diet and I really love it. I also just discovered that I love haddock.
I always felt better as a vegetarian, plus I was 30 pounds lighter, so I’m hoping becoming a veggie again will help me with my weight loss goals and general health problems.
p.s. I’m not doing it for the animals because the thought of them won’t get me through the tough parts of going vegetarian. I’m strictly doing this for my health.
