I’ve been really bad at this. So I have a just over 2 weeks to try and experience what a regular sleep pattern feels like.
Never even had the discipline to do the sleep diary yet. I’m going to try it now though. I have it printed out, going to stick it next to my bed.
The key thing here seems to be consistency. It’s all well for me to be determined now, but today is Saturday and when tonight rolls round will I have the discipline to leave friends, possible romance etc. to go to bed? I really hope so.
