How I did it: I'm still doing this and volunteer once a week. We took the summer off b/c my student went to Taiwan. We will pick it up next month. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about other cultures. My student and I practice conversation. I had always wanted to do this and what really got me going was the movie " God grew tired of us". Read how I did it…
How I did it: I became a member of my city's yelp group. I attend functions and visit cafes, restaurants, etc in the city. I tend to patron the same places a lot,but when I find a gem,I really have the need to share my experiences with others. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Got a plumber recommended by neighbors. Most of my neighbors are older 60+ and one was born in this neighborhood. Hired another contractor to open up the walls. This was interested b/c we found fire codes. We even found an old cup in the wall that someone left. Well worth it although we live on a hill. If we want more water pressure,we will have to take it from main line from the city. Read how I did it…

I went to a Brian Weiss seminar 2 years ago and had a spiritual rebirth. I was about to make a life altering decision to adopt children of my cousins. A voice said to me : “the debt has been paid”
Clear as day. It also felt like I was free and it was at this point totally up to me to adopt these children.
I didn’t end up doing it,but another family opened thier hearts to these children.
blessings~
Paseos Cuban Midnight is my fav sandwich at this place. Be sure to call ahead though. Sometimes the lines are a little long.
