My alarm went off at 7.30am this morning and I was out of bed by 7.30!! As long as i don’t think about how snuggly and warm my bed is, I’m able to get out of bed and get up. A successful first day on this goal, I think.

Have started this already, and know all the letters on the keyboard. Havent been on for ages, so should really start it up again. Mavis Beacon here we come!
I think I really have to practise this goal this week, as its my last week of school before I go on work experience, which means I actually HAVE to get up.
Ive tried a few different things to make me get up in the morning. Ive had loud music, which ends up me just turning the volume down. Ive had quiet music so I wake up gradually, but i dont wake up at all. Alarm right next to my ear, i switch it to snooze. Putting the alarm so i have to actually get out of bed, ends up me getting up, switching the alarm off and getting back into bed and falling asleep again.
I think a little will power is in need here. So ill start tomorrow by setting the radio on and getting up when it goes off.
