after a year of always cleaning up after myself and NOT nagging anybody else to do the same it has happend: the kitchen is almost always clean! stetting a good example obiviously works a million times better than all the talk in the world. i´m very happy, because not only is goal achieved, i´ve learned something too!

answer truthfully when people ask me how i am. everybody around me always answers "not well at all" and it´s so draining and negative (read all 2 entries…)

not such much progess on this one, i´ve been ill for a while now. so the true answer would be negative… but i´m starting to feel better, so hopefully my answer will soon be different.
