Great issue last month!

Most of that is due to the fact that people are sending me their stories, their remembrances. Fabulous!

I have enough material to actually publish another issue, although the issue isn’t due until August. Getting more stuff from people. One guy, however, told me his whole life story. His story is going to need a good editor: Me.

Pastures of Heaven

Went to Cal Shakes tonight (beautiful area in Orinda with weather that changes from 85 degrees to 55, all in an hour) to see the world premiere adaptation of John Steinbeck’s Pastures of Heaven. The play wove many Steinbeck Salinas characters in and out of the story. Marvelous.
