Doing well to avoid bad foods. I’m snacking on fruit and vegetables. Eating more salads.

I just need to add more walking. I’m walking about a mile or so a day, but I need 2.

The August issue was published. 2 days ago

While I don’t think this was the best one ever, in terms of writing, style, etc., I think it’s exactly the kind that everyone loves, and we got great feedback on it.

The key was featuring as many retirees in it as possible, and including a lot of photos.
