I am now 3 days into this. I started the South Beach thing to loose some weight and soda is a no no on it. It is going pretty well, I have disocvered the goodness that is crystal light and it is keeping me sane. I can still hear the siren song of the soda though, especially at home since my hubby drinks tons of Coke everyday and it is in the house.
