I DID IT!! As the end of my interim position loomed ever heavy, I was officially today offered a permanent position with the organization. TA DA – please welcome the new “Marketing Director” of the Vancouver Farmers Market. I was given an offer of a wage increase, health insurance stipend and a full month of personal time off (plus little goodies like a telephone and fax). And, all very nicely fit around whatever schedule I need for my college work.
I am grateful, happy, scared, captivated, etc.
Of course I told them that I had to sleep on it. (As if . . )

Absolutely amazing. I get tied up with work and school for a few weeks and the 43T site has grown from 49,900 members to over 108,000 today!!!!
Isn’t it absolutely AWESOME!
Keep it positive . . keep it real . . keep it encouraging and empowering and motivating. :D
