I have been driving on the highways now for nearly a month..this is all due to me going through the Attacking Anxiety and Depression program available from http://www.stresscenter.com
So I joined the gym and have been going 3-5 days a week faithfully for nearly 4 weeks now…Still haven’t lost a pound but I feel better I guess…Just need to stick with it..
