write a book (read all 2 entries…)
I actually did this without realising... 23 months ago

I signed up for NaNoWriMo in 2007 and managed to complete a non-fiction book on practical research methodology (yep – snappy). I feel so much lighter with the book out of my brain.

One day I might even have another look at it…

walk my dogs every day
Tricky walking weather 2 years ago

I usually walk the beasts every day (Hollie & Mr Jaspa) but today is full of thunderstorms. I’ll keep an eye on the radar and see if we can give the short walk (20 minutes or so) a bash sometime soon.

Read 1001 books
Reading and reflecting 2 years ago

I’ve read more than 100 of the 1001 already but I’ll be damned if I can remember a whole lot about most of them. I always promise myself that I’ll get aroung to writing notes about my ‘great insights’ post reading but it never seems to happen. The 1001 books is about reading and reflecting instead of just charging through a ‘to do’ list (which is my usual modus).

I’m going to print out a list of the 1001 so I can do a bit of a random draw for the next book – my version of spicing things up (yes, I know this is pathetic but one of my other goals is about risk taking…)
