1. Don’t worry about what other people are thinking about you. Their opinions and judgments don’t have any bearing on your happiness and never will. Go through life, do what you think is right, and never look around to see who notices.
2. Love with all your heart. Give yourself to people who really deserve it. Meet people halfway and bask in the eternal glory that is a relationship. If you love them, show it. If you love them, make it known.
3. Never back down from a new opportunity. Even if it seems scary or unwise it’s for the best. The positives will always outweigh the negatives. Remember, this is how you got yourself into this rut in the first place. Don’t fall back and revert to a more primitive you. Do everything you can to find new experiences.
4. Find passion in your life through genuine interest. Even if something seems uncool to other people don’t worry about it. They’re not you, and their opinions mean nothing unless you allow them to be more. You are unique, you like things that you like. Never let other people dictate what you enjoy.
5. Never forget your roots. Respect your mom and dad, because they love you and care for you. Call them frequently, show affection, be nice. Every time you talk to them show honesty and genuine happiness. They’re always going to be there for you, learn to connect with them.
6. Appreciate every person you talk to in life. They’re all unique and special just like you. Learn to talk to them and really connect. Don’t judge them, and don’t worry if they judge you. Be friendly and open, things will always work out one way or the other.
7. Dream big, don’t be afraid to think to the future for goals. Don’t dwell on the hardships it will take to get there, you’ll get over them. Just set your sights on a passionate and true goal. Follow your bearings and you will arrive, better as a person.
8. Listen and then speak. Listening helps find things to talk about, and it’ll let you get to know the person better.
9. Live in the moment. Be attentive, be ready, be there. Don’t let your thoughts slip back to hard times. Let the bad past rot away as it should, it serves no purpose. Anything you need to learn from the past has already been learned, shed the baggage.
10. Wake up every day knowing that day by day, in every way, you’re getting better and better. Because you are, and you know it. Life is about improving yourself, and you more than anyone know this because you’re doing it.

How I did it: It wasn't too hard really, college is filled with people who play ultimate. I'm in a group of friends that plays occasionally, and I know a group that plays frequently. We get together every now and again and just have at it.So worth it, go pick it up! Read how I did it…
This is definitely more of a memorizing goal. The hardest part about sitting up straight is just to remind myself to do so in the middle of the day
So when I adopted this goal I knew it was going to be one of the tougher ones. I’ve realized recently that I’ve struggled with social interaction for most of my life. It wasn’t until about a year and a half ago that it really dawned on me and my life came crashing down. Its been an uphill battle—I’m not going to say it has been easy. Each day I wake up and am anxious about something new having to do with socializing. But each afternoon I end up finding myself in positions where I can smoothly exist alongside other people. I have it in me to be charismatic—it’s no surprise whenever I skillfully talk to a stranger about nothing. However, every other time I’m talking to someone I run out of things to say. I can do this, I just need a bit more time—time ruins everything, even social problems.
