We have exercised every day this week.
Walking, biking and golf. I also went to Water aerobics twice this week. It all has me sleeping over 10 hours though. Hope my stamina improves.

When to laugh

When I read posts at one of the sites that I frequent, many people upload images that really make me laugh. I don’t plan to frequent jokes sites, because they often do not make me laugh. I need to learn to laugh more at myself, and just because I have a great life and I’m happy.
Weight

I have taken charge of my weight by losing 50+ pounds during 2008.
Now I am helping my spouse to do the same.
We each exercise daily, sometimes together. We walk, bicycle and golf.
It is sometimes hard to keep it up, and that is the goal.
