How I did it: First I bought the book Skinny Bitch then I became a vegetarian, then I cut out juices, soda, and unhealthy snacks and funny enough I started cooking!!! I ate fruits and vege's for snacks and all through out the day, I have fruit smoothies for breakfast and I try to always have a salad with my meals.....I drink water like it's going out of style and I preach to people....who asked to hear of course! How I did it: I enlisted the assistance of a personal trainer and paid him and for the gym for 3 entire months up front!!! The assisted as there are no refunds ;) so at first I basically forced myself but now I enjoy my trips to th gym and I wouldn't go back to being sick and tired and feeling sluggish EVER AGAIN!!! I tend to forgive people pretty easily…depending on what was done. However I have a problem with the forgetting part. I just think if you tryly forget then you’ll probably be put in the same situation again and again….so I’m working on that now, basically trying to not hold grudges after I have forgiven someone. sigh it’s harder that you think!
I would definitely like to find a cool note in a library book, so I think I might start a trend…..never seen this done before….
