How I did it: I used a low-carb diet, and the weight has stayed off for eight months now. I recommend the diet, but don't forget to eat your veggies!I didn't use any specific fad diet, just kept my carbs to a minimum and tried to eat mostly veggies. I’ve actually closed one on three occasions, but I want to be able to close it consistently, not just when conditions are perfect. My next step is to buy the 1.5 and start doing reps with that.
I learned to change the oil. So, that’s singular fluid, rather than “fluids,” but I’m going to count it.
