My height is 183cm while my weight is 80kg. It is still acceptable but I am not fit. I am really fat and need to lose weight. My fitness is way below satisfaction as I get tired easily. Therefore, I must improve my fitness by exercising and losing weight. It is important as it concerns my personal health. I must work hard on losing weight and my target weight will be 70kg.
