My husband and I started this program yesterday. It was great so far. Since getting married 2 years ago, we’ve both gained weight and gotten very cozy just being home together watching TV. The honeymoon is over and time to get back in shape! We don’t have long attentions spans at the gym, so this program looks to be just the ticket. Day 1 went very well. Little sore today. Looking forward to our next run this evening. We ahve a great walking trail near our home that follows the river, so it’s a great place to start. Glad to see so many fellow runners out there!
