And I’m starving! I had a half cup of coffee and a cereal bar after school.. Bypassed the mcdonald feel proud but hungry!!! Going into a meeting now with a rumbling tummy.

Proud of myself… Gave myself a mini yoga class with an extra long relaxing svasana. Listening to beautiful rhythmic music. So sweet to be able to give this to Myself.

Had a couple of minor setbacks but still at it! I lost a couple of pounds I think, judging from the way my clothes are looking on me.

Ate ok today. Had oatmeal then my salad from Chevys and for dinner i had almonds and chicken with veggies then cgeerios as a night snack. Not horrible but not great.
