Had the best party I’ve ever held! Great food, on site massage, lots and lots of booze. Life is good.

I recently returned to school to pursue a master’s degree. Lots of my nieces, nephews (and in fact children) are already at the same school. So I mentioned to my nieces that I wanted to take ballroom dancing. Several months later I got the call “Auntie we signed up, are you in the class too?”

Wish me luck. I think that they would have a better chance of teaching a tuna to dance. How sad, to ruin a good GPA with ballroom dancing…..

So I signed up for classes at the local university and got a 4.0 for my first semester back. I was a bit nervous. The last time I had to take finals Reagan was president.

Now I’m going to take the GRE and apply for a master’s program and when I finish that I’ll give the whole PHd thing a shot. If all goes well I’ll graduate with my doctorate the same month my youngest child turns 18 and the month after I turn 50.
