but I’m certain I have done this, you know, for like maybe a day or so or sometimes just 30 minutes at a time. But I disagree with the majority it seems: I LIKED feeling normal! Maybe you’re setting your goal too high though. Try focusing on being normal for short blocks of time – set a goal to be normal until after breakfast.
