How I did it: I picked the blog that had a topic that I know the most about and which I am exposed to new ideas and news stories about everyday. This means that I could keep the blog current--I mean, why have a blog if it isn't current?--and that I didn't have to find extra time in the day to do research. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started running every other day again, but instead of going by time (20-30 minute runs) I used Google Maps and calculated the distance to make sure that I could run a full 5k. I paid the money to enter the race and instead of just thinking about it, I wanted to make it worth my while and not chicken out about running the race. How I did it: Little cat showed up on my doorstep and when I opened the door, she came inside. She didn't have any mites or fleas and she knew how to use a litterbox (still had one since my previous cat had only passed away a few months ago). Unfortunately, she came to vegan house, so she had to eat soy chicken that first night. She's been here for 2 weeks, about to get really cold, so she may just stay for the winter...we'll see.
