How I did it
How I did it: I was working at home and got into a real rut. It took a lot of support from my family, but I managed to make a huge move. Now I've got a lot more going on career-wise, plus I've joined a running group that gets me out and about. Much happier and have lots more acquaintances, and have kept all my old friends, too. I didn’t realize until just now how long I have been wanting to quit drinking. In fact, I do drink much less alcohol these days. However, I still drink wine a couple of times a week. This I DO want to quit, and I am renewing my resolve!
The hurt is here to stay.
