I overexerted myself this summer (July 2006) and found myself sick and very dehydrated. I was put on a prescription for water and have been in the habit of regularly consuming it ever since.
I’m finding myself choosing water over other available beverages most of the time and the desire to consume sugary drinks is becoming pretty rare. It feels so good to reach for something healthy without feeling like I’m depriving myself!
I am unable to mark a new goal as “I’ve done this” if I already have 43 things in my list. Is this because the system adds the goal to my to-do list before marking it as completed? Maybe this isn’t even a bug…
