I successfully got my PowerBook repaired months ago. After sending a frustrated email to sjobs at mac.com, I received a telephone call from an outstanding Apple employee who thoroughly discussed the issues that I had been having and worked with me on finding a compromise regarding my PowerBook repair. It was honestly an outstanding moment in Customer Service.
