I successfully got my PowerBook repaired months ago. After sending a frustrated email to sjobs at mac.com, I received a telephone call from an outstanding Apple employee who thoroughly discussed the issues that I had been having and worked with me on finding a compromise regarding my PowerBook repair. It was honestly an outstanding moment in Customer Service.

I’ve enjoyed all of the Harry Potter books and would recommend them to anyone. You can’t borrow my copy because I’m all tight-a**ed about my books. Sorry! ;-)
