Here’s what’s working for me: (1) cut way back on caffeine; (2) nap and exercise regularly; (3) daily valerian root (about 1500 mg per day works for me); (4) strong effort towards tolerance and control; (5) know my boundaries with regard to time, people, pets, etc., and keep them in check.
Also, the gentle use of anti-depressants helps some folks. No matter what, however, you must change your attitude!

It went over pretty well with men. Then I immediately dyed it a little more reddish. I like it a lot, and have left it that way!

I have four of my own horses, and I still don’t get out there and ride. Two of them are only green-broke, and two aren’t trained at all, so that makes it a little difficult. But still, all I have to do is go out there and put some miles on them! Also, it’s not that fun to do all alone. sniff
