passed my test today , my 4th attempt, i have waited so long for this day…geezz…
i think it helps to just stay calm and if you make a mistake, don’t look back, just carry on, for all you know it might be something trival, if you were to dwell on it, you might end up losing focus and that will really affect your performance..

its a mind over body kinda test…
of course you have to prep for the run, like say try to complete at least 16km(35.2 miles) prior to the run…
motivate yourself, self-talk,
trust me on the race day itself, the sheer number of people running with you will motivate you to keep on runing
it will be my 4th attempt on the 22nd jan…
really hope i will pass…

i will try all the prescribed method, think +ve,
self-talk, mental visualisation,hypnosis???
gee…is there anything else that i can do…
my instructor… he was saying that i was a lil fast in the circuit, not very good at directional change and a lil unsure when it comes to turning into the correct lane in the circuit, which made me a lil discouraged..but he also said, a lot of times,luck plays a big role…sooooooo????
