haven’t been 140 lbs since I started Undergrad…..so excited…..I feel great!

How I did it: I worked out and use calorie counting. I went to the gym a lot, did loads of cardio and a tiny bit of lifting! I tried to eat a healthy breakfast and lots of fruits. I cut down on sweet stuff and used splenda with my tea. Herbal tea is a great appetite suppressant! Read how I did it…

145 lbs…it will be nice to be 135 by december when i see my bf.
bikram yoga and healthy eating….10 lbs to lose in 5 weeks.
This morning I weighed 150.5. I want to be 145 lbs in 2 weeks which in 24th of April. Wish me good luck!
