it’s also helped with my get more sleep thing. I write all things i have to do down, then go to bed, wheneva a worry came into my head i deleted it. It took a while but i do it without thinking now! :-)

Ok, first week, and my first (very small) risk: I am going to change my routine around. Normally I change my bed every Sunday, and it’s been that way for a long time (years!) so this week it gets done today: Saturday. I know it’s small, but i want to prove to myself nothing bad happens when you jumble up your routine a bit! It’ll leave me some free time tomorrow too!
It’s so great! I never considered how much I missed! I would waste half the day lying in bed (semi awake – even worse! It’s not like I was catching up on sleep or anything!) I started to wake up earlier, and the world looks different at 7 am, I can tell you! Also, you get an extra 4 hours (for me anyway) to do anything you like! Try dancing in the nude, Thats my favourite!
