Results after not working out 11 months ago

Interestingly, I’ve lost 10 pounds since I stopped working out 3 weeks ago. I am amazed. That means I had lost more than 10 pounds of fat before, and gained at least 10 pounds of muscle. I hadn’t realized that I had made so much progress.

Okay, I’m a little bummed I’ve been so lazy, but I’m more motivated than ever to recoup my losses and get closer to my goal.

Progress 12 months ago

I’ve seen noticeable results in just over a month. For the first time, I’ve hired a trainer at the gym. What a difference it makes! Workouts are much more intense than they ever would be without a trainer. It’s expensive, but it’s worth every penny.

What This Means 12 months ago

For me, it means strength, agility, speed, and stamina. Certain arbitrary goals include:

  • lose 20 pounds of fat;
  • gain 20 pounds of muscle mass;
  • climb rope without using feet;
  • perform 50 push-ups;
  • perform 20 pull-ups;
  • perform 50 sit-ups in 2 minutes;
  • bench press 225 lbs.
