DAY 2.
serious laziness today! i didnt look/count my calories at all and i didnt exercise much either! am getting lazy and it is almost 1st june!
Breakfast:Watermelon and melon-tea
Lunch:1 potatoe with bread
Dinner:half a potato with bread
snacks:pastries and samosas!
exercise:only 5 minutes of dancing to a normal speed song
am currently weighing 140 pounds.i lost 7 pounds this week and gained 2 pounds already~! GAH! got to learn how to say no to food and control my cravings!

ok,since i dont know exactly what i have been eating this past week,i will say this is a day one.so here we go:
DAY ONE:had watermelon pieces for breakfast.
lunch:ate a plate of rice with some beans.also ate 3 cucumbers.
dinner:nothing but water.
snacks:had a few sandwich biscuits of lemon and chocolate.was feeling awful later cookies have tons of calories!
activities:danced for atleast 10 minutes,did 100 jumps on skipping rope and played badminton for half an hour.will do better tomorrow.

wowie! its the first week and i have lost about 7 pounds already!
been eating watermelon and carrot sticks mostly and diet soda but i dont believe that it is completely “Calorie free” so scratch the diet soda.did have a small scoop of icecream and some rice with chicken when my cravings were unbearable.im handling it better now with the help of water;i drink a glass after every 30 minutes.
am doing 500 skips with a jump rope and 4 km of walk daily.doing some exercises too.wat u have to know is that dont sit still;just keep moving even if u are sitting on a couch,move ur legs or something.its working wonders for me!
