Hi!
Im from Chile and im bilingual because as you see, I can speak english… i know we have to be humble and all that stuff, but sincerely i think i DO speak well.
What I did, and it can be helpfull to you is to listen music in the other languaje, or watch movies in spanish, for example, with subtitles in english trying to connect the speaken languaje with the one you are reading.
Thats my advice. Luck!
