I can’t believe how much better I feel swimming actually 5/6
times a week – sometimes an hour, sometimes 1/2 but I try to get there most days. It has improved everything in my life from work to sleep, and certainly made me feel better physically & emotionally.
I agree it’s better than walking – the water is calming, whether you exercise in the pool or swim around most of the time you’re there, it is amazing and you can’t go wrong!
