okayy. so i just started tumbling classes. and im not very good but i have a back bend.
but you need to have good bridges and practice them everyday.
and when you are doing the bridges reallllly stretch yur armpits and keep your elbows locked. and hold for about 10 seconds or more.
then the more comfortable you get you can try going back into a bridge. but make sure your abs are properley stretched beore you try. and use a mat rug or grass, so if you fall, it wont be that bad. :)
then get someone who knows what theyre doing to spot you and help you kick your legs over. and when you dont have a spotter, pull up into a bridge and walk your legs up a wall and kick them over, this is where i am, haha good luck eveyroneee!
