well this is my first entry.. i am at 180 and have been slowly loosing weight i was a 187 my plan is to loose fifty pounds in six months. which i will have made my goal by october which is my birthday and a very important dinner party for work. so i want to look my very best! i use to not be this heavy ever! i was around 135 two years ago but getting married and switching to a job where i am not running around as much as i was has put a toll on me. my plan is to exercise daily and do alot of fun activites like hiking,biking, ect to make exercising a little more fun. i have also been watching what i eat and trying to keep my food portions down.. well will post more soon
