huge way to really empower yourself and really “be” in your body—
super intimate and intense…as a gift to myself for my 30th birthday, I took 8 weeks and loved every moment…would highly recommend it….AMAZING!

How I did it: Just had the tv disconnected! It has been 4 months! I haven't missed it once! Any news or media we want, we just use our high speed internet for...this has eliminated so many confrontations and conflicts in our house...I HIGHLY recommend trying it! Read how I did it…
I don’t know if it was county or nationwide, but our family participated in turn off your tv week (last month) and as a result, my dreams are becoming reality…
after years of hinting, suggesting and nearly begging at times, we are having our tv disconnected next week
During that week off,
We played games, went to parks, went to bed early, hung out on our porch swing, talked without distraction, read mags…it definitely opened up some energy for us! So much so, that, half way through the week, my husband brought up having it disconnected ( and he’s always been the diehard!) Needless to say, I can’t explain how glad I’ll be when I can actually double check this off my things I’ve done!!!
if it weren’t for PBS! If not for my love of PBS, the tv would be a gonner! I’ve commited to at least one day a week without it on at all…hoping to work my way up to nearly tv free living!
