How I did it: In the process of moving across country, I am only able to bring with me anything that will fit in our car. Because of that, I have had to declutter a lot of things in my life. I realized I had far to many excesses; Too many clothes, too many books, too much other junk. Much of it brand new! It was hard having to get rid of things I had become so attached to. And I tend to hold onto coupons waiting for things to go on sale.
I’ve already read The Bhagavad Gita (a few different versions) over the years. Now I am focusing on The Srimad Bhagavatam. It is a series of 12 books over one-thousand pages. I am on the first one now, so I imagine it will take a long time to read them all. I had tried reading the bible in the past, but lost interest.
