Well we’re in America now, we just need to file the last set of papers for his green card. Unfortunately they’ve just changed the fee schedule and the price has gone from $500 to $1000. Whoo for procrastination.

Well we’ve been in San Francisco nearly 5 months now. About $500 later and we are mostly decorated if you don’t count the bed still being in pieces in the front closet.
Now I just need to get over my fear of poking holes in the wall, so we can hang some art.
We’ve been here for nearly three weeks now. I love it here. The people are really friendly. One of my favorite things about the city is how European the architecture seems. I can’t imagine living anywhere else in America after spending four years in England.
Expensive, but worth it.
