move to San Francisco
July 2010 14 months ago

I miss it, and now it seems like a distant little paradise, but hopefully in 2 years time I’ll have the means and the willpower to move back and live there.

Fix my teeth
It's time. 14 months ago

I have very weak teeth, because of which about 5 years ago the dentist’s office became my second home. I stopped going to the dentist because the same teeth that he’d done work on would start hurting a few weeks later. I lost faith, so to speak, which, later grew into an all-out phobia of anything dentist. I take care of my teeth very well, by flossing, mouthwash, brushing after eating, etc., but it’s all futile when it comes to battling genetics. I haven’t gone to a check-up for a few years now and because of this I can’t eat what I want, and some one or other tooth always hurts. Come this Tuesday I’m taking the first step to putting an end to this and I hope within a few months I’ll even get my teeth whitened.

get another cat
I think I'm ready 2 years ago

for another kitty… I adopted a kitten a few years ago, but I wasn’t prepared. I couldn’t get her to get used to me. She was always scared of me and would run under a bathtub and not come out.

I was recently house-sitting for a friend who had a cat and I fell in love with her.

When I move out of this room and get my own place I want to adopt an adult cat that is used to being around people. I know this time it’s going to be all right :)
