I drank Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Irish Breakfast, etc. etc. with no milk and sugar, and you know what happened? The tannins made me iron deficient.
NOT WORTH IT. ): I guess I’m not predisposed to being British.
I learned how to swing dance at a school function. It was pretty easy because I’m not a lead (i.e. a guy). Yay swingdancing!
