I found out two weeks ago that I will be a grandmother in August!

I’m at 284

...I’m down 18.

I became burnt out by being involved in church leadership, so I stopped going altogether. I need to get back to just attending church.

Last night, I did stand-up in front of an audience for the first time. There were about 60 people there. It was awesome!

It so does not taste like a grape!

I started taking a stand-up class last Monday. In five weeks, I’ll be up on stage like a real comic!

I spent a four-day silent retreat here: http://www.monks.org. It was wonderful!

...it’s in May. I hope we all survive the experience!

I have been keeping a one-line journal for a month – and it’s great to go back and see what I’ve already forgotten I did!

If I had some advise for new adopters of this goal, I’d say not to keep your journal here in the comments on the goal. Have a physical journal or file on your own computer.
