Toooooo thin! 10 months ago

I’m 5’6” and 110-115 pounds! And waaaaaay too old to cut it. When I was younger I could pull off being this thin, but now that I’m ahem older (41) I look sick b/c of my weight.

Problem is? I forget to eat! It’s like my hunger alarm is always shut off. And when I get depressed I don’t want to eat. And when I don’t eat I lose weight. And when I lose weight I get depressed. Freakin endless circle!

OK OK I am old (41) but I feel older than that. My legs are so tight it’s ridiculous.



Take initiative
All my life 14 months ago

I’ve been told that I need to take more initiative. At the time, I thought that meant to work harder. But now I realize that is not the case at all. Taking initiative means to work “differently”, aka outside the box. Be creative at work. Take an opportunity when it is there.
