The white silver line son my thighs, butt, knees and ankle is reducing and blurring.

I am so happy.

Yet it is quite difficult to scrub the ankle part.
This is some kind of unbelievable.

Manage to control my shopping desire and my impulsive shopping.
For the past 2 months i managed to save RM 2.3 which is not that much but still!

Shall keep the same pace for next month although i sensed I had to burn some money.

The abs crunch and squat have been going well. I lost 0.5 inch on my thigh but that comes with a strict diet.

100 abs crunch per day , 4 cycles of squat and 1 cycle of triceps slimming exercise.

Have been feeding myself with pasta,tuna and other low carb diet. It is difficult but I am coping with it.

I miss my junk food though :(
