I am getting 4 hours of sleep a night now. This come and goes. I eat right, and exercise. If I go to lay down in bed, my mind won’t turn off. I’ve been using the extra time at night for other things, studying, cleaning, hobbies. I steer away from movies, books and video games because they do not help. If I do go to bed at lets say 10, I wake at 2-3 am always. Maybe one day, I’ll sleep.

How I did it
How I did it: For a long time, I ran outside, I hated the weather ups and downs. I stopped running due to twisting my ankle about a mile from my house, which I had to limp home. After that I bought a treadmill, 200 bucks later, I've come to find it was a great investment. Plus, the money I spent makes me want to use it. I run 10 miles a week now, hand have lost 8 lbs. My kids are too young now (4 and 18 months), but we live an hour away from Disneyland,CA. So maybe next summer we will go if the kiddos are ready. Yet still one day we will go to Disneyworld because that’s one of my greatest memories of my childhood.
