How I did it: I opened a word document on my notebook, and just went for it. I simply thought of all the things that I have done in the recent past, or what I love to do in my spare time and it just went from there as one thought or experience leads to another and then another. Having this list is an awesome way to remind yourself of the important things in life when you are feeling down, and will provide things you csn do if you feel you're losing sig… Read how I did it…

Have found a tour company which offers the exact same experience which I have in mind.
Have had a look at the photos posted on the site and have completely fallen in love with the idea of doing this.
I plan to travel to chile next year and need to organise my entire trip before I can book this experience. I am so excited already because knowing that this is do-able, and that many others have done this before me, inspires me to want to try that bit harder to make this happen :)
When I was younger I used to love reading, but when I became an adult with work, study, and a social life, I’ve realised that my passion for reading has diminished, not because I dont love it anymore but because I dont have time! This has caused me to leave many interesting books half-finished, or not given them a chance at all -leaving them on the bookshelf never to be looked at again.
What I am wanting to do is create an account with http://www.goodreads.com as a way of motivating me to start. If I can document what I read and receive recommendations and see what other people are reading and talking about it will provide extra incentive to begin.
I also visted an inner-city bookstore today and spent some time in the Classics section, having a look at what might interest me to inspire me to get started. When I got home, I started a sort – of reading list – a wish-list if you like – and had a look at my current bookshelf for extra inspiration.
The current list sort of looks something like this:
The Universal Heart – Stephanie Dowrick
The Collected Works of Edgar Allen Poe
Dracula- Bram Stoker
The Tropic of Cancer -Henry Miller
The Collected Works of Oscar Wilde
The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemmingway
There are many others I will add, but I will start with the first one on the list – need to start small – and see what happens!!
The Collected Works are a little ambitious at this stage, but will add them for extra motivation :)
