How I did it: I practiced for a little while and then had an audition (which I did not win), then practiced a lot more and had another audition (which I got). Hopefully I will never put my trumpet back in the basement again, but who knows where life will take me. Since it is not my full time job, I will never be able to devote this much time to playing again, but hopefully I will join a local orchestra or jazz combo group eventually. … Read how I did it…
I just got two implants put in yesterday morning, and I’m a little sore. Nothing a girls’ day complete with a trip to the Cheesecake Factory can’t fix! Now I just have to wait a few months for these to heal before I can get the crowns and officially say my teeth are fixed.
For those of you getting your applications ready for this summer and fall, what are your top schools?
I feel like a weight has been lifted. I no longer have to worry about not getting into the school that I want and being far away from the people I love. Now I just have to get my application together. :)
